My husband bought me a mushroom growing kit for my birthday at the end of December. We just used it (we are trying for a second grow right now) and we took a picture each day to document their growth. It was really fun, very easy, and at the end tasty. My husband made us a quiche out of them and it was one of the best things I have ever eaten.

With all our mushrooms my husband made a quiche!

It was a lot of fun watching these mushrooms grow, especially as they grow so quickly. I definitely recommend getting a mushroom grow kit. Ours was from https://backtotheroots.com/ but there are a number of companies making these now!
