Old Town St Charles, MO

While I know being born around the corner from here some could call me biased- I do believe Main Street St Charles, MO to be objectively the cutest place around. I love Old Town, especially Main Street, for the brick streets, historic buildings, flower arrangements, small restaurants, river views and all the shops. Every time I travel back to see my parents I have to go at least once. The Old Towne Spice Shop is my go to to load up on spices, rubs, and loose leaf teas to keep me stocked until next time. I wish they made a candle that smelled like that place! I did however find a toasted ravioli candle (at a shop there called St Chuck) that smells of Italian seasoning that I of course needed for my desk.

If I go nowhere else, I always stop in here on a trip to MO. Try their St Charles mango tea, their nutcracker tea, Magpie’s rub, freshwater fish seasoning, and any and all soup bases for starters.

I got these as an anniversary present as Cory and I celebrated our 8th while in MO. I have a pair of butterfly earrings from our honeymoon, so they are kind of on theme I think! These were from a shop called the Enchanted Attic at 304 S Main St in St. Charles. They carry lots of awesome butterfly jewelry!
